After being greeted by the very friendly Ammar we wandered through the showroom drooling over all of the vanities. Before long my husband came to me with the 'I found the one.' look on his face. Yes he had! Lacquered doors, quartz counter, porcelain basin, beautiful faucet and soft-closing doors and drawers. As Ammar went off to get the price list I braced myself. I was expecting it to be really expensive compared to what we saw at Rona. Sure it was more expensive but you're getting what you pay for. We also got a toilet there and even its design is elegant (hey it's your porcelain throne right?) and simple. If you don't think items like vanities and toilets are exciting you should have a look in here. Drool-worthy for sure!

Dispite covid we entered the store and all were taking safety protocol. Per pole were limited and we got in with no problem. Service was outstanding. The big desk held our floor pattern and our counter top samples. We chose our tile with the assistance of the manager and since it has been installed it looks fantastic. Giving a one star because they were closed early is really not justified. Can't say enough good things and we will be back again.

This was actually the first hardware store where I encountered this as all the chains, even smaller ones, let you browse. They definitely take the pandemic seriously as on top of the no browsing, they have a very fancy system with a light signal telling you when you can come inside where staff will ask you what you want ring you up and then have someone bring your purchase out to your car. It's a pretty effixient efficient system. They also carry sand topping mix, which is sold out pretty much everywhere else in Vancouver. Prices are competitive, not cheap but not expensive. As an independent business, they have a convenient location in kitsilano that is a good alternative to big box stores. The parking lot is small, but does the job.
