I normally have to hunt down an employee and ask for help. Not particularly friendly. Most have a don't-give-a-rat's-butt attitude and have that small-town you're not from here so I'm gonna sit and stare at you or ignore you completely. There are exceptions. A few employees are friendly and go out of their way to help, but those are few and far between. Example: The last time I was in the store, I saw a plasma cutter that drew my interest. No price tag displayed. No employees nearby. When I checked out, I asked the girl at the register if she could check a price on an item. Please note that the cash register has a database where she could easily look up the price herself. Instead she picked up the walkie-talkie and yelled for a price check. Nobody answered. I got checked out and as I was finishing the transaction, an employee on the walkie-talkie finally answered and asked if anyone had taken care of the price check. My cashier told the other employee not to worry about it. I told the cashier I was still interested in the price. Her response "He's probably all the way at the back of the store" (which meant she wasn't about to ask this other employee to do the price check. This is typical of my experience at this store. Cool. I'll buy it somewhere else. I genuinely hate going into this store and avoid it unless it's the only place in town that has what I need.

Thats on me, my mistake. my real complaint is trying to buy mulching kit with a chute block off for three weeks from these people who kept promising me. They were going to send me pictures and pricing and nothing ever evolved from it. It was like they didn't really give a crud. so I found another dealer in Gainesville same thing called for two days. No one called me back finally got a hold of the owner and his parts guy finally called me back after three times and nothing nothing ever transpired. I'm not sure what's going on with these businesses, I guess they're making way too much money. They don't need to sell a $400 mulching kit for their mowers so I made mine and I can guarantee you. It's 1000 times better than a crap they're trying to sell Me. I would stay far away from Sam's lawn riders and if I needed a Scagg or an echo product, I would go to Flanigan's or I'd buy a bad boy from the guy out close to Van Alstyne off of 160.
