I'll fast-forward to say the entire experience was superb!! First I called their customer service line to inquire on their pre-lit wreaths. I was on hold for about 30 seconds. The rep answered my questions and made me feel more secure. I placed my order, immediately received an emaiconfirmation, and got a tracking number within 2-3 days. The packages arrived within a week. Upon initial inspection I quickly realized they've got quality products. This isn't your Lowe's or Home Depot stuff people! Unfortunately as I opened up the box of wreath decorations I noticed one of the ornaments broke during shipping. I quickly called, spoke to a rep who took my info and created a ticket. I was even able to submit a picture via email to show the damage. I was told I would hear back from someone shortly. Being a bit skeptical I thought I'd never hear back and would have to go back and forth but I'm very happy to report that was not the case. I got an email about 5 biz days later advising a new ornament was being shipped and a tracking number was provided. If you're looking for quality holiday home decorations look no further. Just check out my pic. This is an upstanding company. And this is coming from a real customer who happens to be a Yelp Elite member. Great job Christmas Designers. I'll see you again next year.
