The woman kept telling me to try the other things but I just simply did not want those options. Upset, she stormed off to put the book down and came back to start the job. She not only cut me once, but twice! And when I verbally let out an ouch and pulled my foot back, she didn't offer an apology with softer behavior, she simply kept trying to do it and say that she needed to. My toe now hurts and was bleeding but she kept trying to rub oil on it to "heal" it. Girl, let my foot go. I went to pay and let the woman up front know and she asked to see my toe and she acknowledged the cuts and the woman who tended to me starts yelling in her native language in a very aggressive manner. This is my last time patronizing this place. I'm disgusted by the lack of customer service and respect. I still paid and tipped gracefully, as I have integrity and morals. PS: my toes look awful. The owners of Cachet, Tara and Mandi, are talented and trendy, and all the girls who work here are fun, super cute, and do great things with hair. I initially went to Tara when she worked at Body and Sole. Tara has brought all of the pros of Body and Sole with her in this awesome new salon!! The salon itself is adorable. Tara and Mandi have decorated it with pretty wood salon stations topped with granite countertops. There's a fireplace in the middle of the salon too!! The separate nail room is big and very zen.
