place looks nice, but care and quality lack over all! I used to frequent this place until a nail tech harshly scrapped and broke all my nails with her tools. She kept saying sorry, but in the end I had to tell her to stop. I washed my hands and left. She charged me $10 and was later reimbursed by the manager who explained that she was experience, but she was new at their location. I was upset to be assigned a New person to experiment with. I am giving nail salon two stars for the nice chairs inside. Aside from that based on my experience today I would give zero stars for the worst manicure I have ever had. I am really disappointed. I wanted to support a local business. The location of the nail salon is in Bradley Fair so I thought I would be able to get a nice manicure. At my local nail salon, they always have the tools sanitized in a wrapper, this salon doesn't do this and was a little alarming. Also, it appeared they skipped several key steps in a manicure like the massage, removing all dead skin, sugar/salt scrub, using the cuticle tool to push cuticles back to create a clean surface, and applying polish smeared all over the dead skin they didn't remove. I expressed I was not happy with the sloppy job and the lady said you only wanted one coat. The number of coats had nothing to do with the bad manicure I had. My fingers didn't look soft and manicured at all. I asked this other man working what could be done to correct it, instead of apologizing and offering to fix it, he just snapped at me WHAT DO YOU WANT? I wish I had just left at that point. He removed all the polish and worked on manicuring the nails better but I still had pieces of skin and dryness after the manicure was redone. The employee's were not welcoming or friendly at all. The lack of caring about doing good nails/work was sadly very transparent. They charge $25 for a basic manicure, I pay less than that in California and get a way nicer manicure! If I had gotten a proper manicure I would be happy to pay $25. Unfortunately not the case today. Total waste of my time and money. I would not recommend this nail salon. read more

I would give NO STAR if that was an option. Made an appointment for my daughter and I to get pedicures 4/11/26. I was casually greeted by an adult male and not given any direction. While we waited, a gentleman came from the back visibly frustrated saying they were "either understaffed or unorganized and he wasn't waiting any longer". My daughter and I were seated. A tech filled both our bowls and proceeded to provide service to my daughter. I WAITED BESIDE HER FOR OVER AN HOUR WHILE MY WATER GOT COLD so I removed my feed. I leaned over to ask my daughter if we indeed made an appointment for two. She confirmed. The tech overheard, walked over to the male staff and came back and said she could take care of me next. We did not have time to wait. Another tech brought water bottles to everyone in chairs but my daughter and I. All the while staff spoke in another language none of us could understand which can make one feel uncomfortable. When I asked about it, she told her manager that I asked her to trim the cuticles after the dip. Who would ask that? The manager took the side of the technician. I had made an appointment for 1:30 to get my nails done for Easter. I was excited to be doing something for myself, as it has been awhile that I have had a pedicure. I got to the salon 5 minutes ahead of my appointment. A gentleman greeted me and asked me to pick out a color which I did. He then took me to a chair , where I sat with my feet in the bowl , with no water for over 45 minutes. Everyone who worked there kept passing me giving me weird looks. the staff seemed very stuffy , and I got a vibe that they think they are better than everyone else. I sat there patiently for over 45 minutes, with my feet just in the bowl with no water, I have had many pedicures before, and this I have to say is the first time that this has ever happened to me, so rude!!!!! My appointment was at 1:30 pm, at 2:15 pm, I put my shoes on and began to walk out of the salon, very disappointed as I was looking to get pedicure for easter. I was not happy. a gentleman finally said to me , are you okay who was doing a manicure for someone to the left of me, He said we can get you know. I said no thank you, and I walked out , very disappointed. I know they were busy, but I do believe they should have staffed for that knowing it was a week before Easter. I do not recommend this salon to anyone!!! Horrible customer service. If I could give them a zero rating, I would. When I walked into the salon, no one greeted me. A lady walked to the front of the salon and ignored me. When I asked her if anyone was available for a pedicure, she told me to sign in and she walked off. I waited for about another 2 minutes and a lady told me to pick out a color and sit in a chair. I was sitting in the chair for 15 minutes. No one stopped by to start the water or to tell me how long the wait would be or if there was a technician available. Not sure if this salon only takes appointments, but the lady who told me she would do my pedicure started assisting another customer. I understand if they had an appointment, but that was not communicated with me at all. This place does not have a very welcoming atmosphere. I called yesterday to ask what pricing was for a nail dip service. The gentleman stated it's just $45. I went ahead and scheduled an appointment which I went to today. The place is very beautiful I must say. Very high end and classy. Even though I had an appointment, I was 5 min late but it didn't matter I still had to wait about 30 min before someone could attend me. No worries. I was not in any hurry. The nail tech that did my service was ok. She was pleasant but was a bit rough with the nail file. I toughed it out. Once finished I went to the front to pay. It was another person taking my payment. She put the amount in after she asked if I was paying with my card I said yes. She added an extra $1.35. I questioned her why the extra amount and she says because I was paying with my card. She stated that all of their prices are CASH only prices. I was not ok with this because no one ever mentioned this to me when I called to ask for pricing the day before and no one mentioned this to me when I went in. I told her I didn't think this was legal as I was using my Debit card not credit card and she ignored me. She asked if I wanted a receipt and I said yes. She stayed quiet as I took it. I walked out quietly because this extra charge practice really bothers me. The consumer needs to be made aware prior to being charged an extra fee for non cash payment. I don't mind paying for services but when I'm not aware of the extra charges, that just doesn't settle well with me. I looked at my receipt and the extra charge is listed as Non Cash Adjustment. Is this legal? The only thing I saw posted was that Tip payment in cash is greatly appreciated. I did leave a cash tip for the nail tech as well. I feel even though it's a small charge, consumers need to be aware of it. I do understand that businesses are charged fees for credit card payments, but that's part of owning a business I feel. Most people do not carry cash anymore. At least I don't. Your prices are CASH only prices? Consumers need to know this before any and all services in my opinion. I have done some research on this and I am very confused as to the Kansas state regulations. If this is a legal practice, then anyone reading this please disregard this review. My nails have always been short. When it came time to filing my nails, the tech was super aggressive on my nails to the point she literally burned my fingers and i flinched several times because the friction was hot and painful. Well fast forward several hours and the tip and side of my fingers hurt so badly. I NEVER experienced anything like this. I had to soak my hands in epsom salt and took Tylenol. I can't even run my fingers through my hair without pain and discomfort. read more

I am upset and very bothered by the statement Indicating that I would fabricate a story about me not getting my full service. I did not get my volcanic crystals in my water and my extended 15min massage. She did not spend 15mins massaging my legs and feet, and she did not do a good job on pedicure. My coworker appointed out to me that there is any other review for M.Vince On Google stating what I am now bring to your attention and more. Why should I lie? Having an establishment question my character on something that is written on their menu that wasn't given is shameful. I didn't ask for a discount or refuse to pay. I have been here numerous times and have received great service. They had a few problems when they first opened but now things go smoothly. Cleanliness is the rule here. Things sparkle! Last time my technician used something to remove the gel that cut the time in half. I love that they are state of the art. Yes, you do get a lower price for cash and there are signs that tell you that. They do not grind your nails excessively and do a great job. I scheduled an appointment for my daughter to get a pedicure and acrylic nails for homecoming. We arrived 5 minutes before our scheduled appointment; we checked in, and after 30 minutes we were still waiting. I approached a staff member and asked if my daughter could be helped soon, as we had other appointments in the afternoon to prepare for the dance. He took my daughter to a pedicure chair, and I stepped out to run an errand. My daughter texted me 30 minutes later that she was still waiting, and the water in the pedicure bowl was cold. I immediately went back and asked why it was taking so long. At that point, someone finally started on my daugher's pedicure...over an hour after our scheduled appointment time. Why offer appointments if you can't adhere more closely to confirmed times?
