Their online booking system doesn't seem to update in real time. Thought I got a reservation but drove 30 mins for nothing.

Every single time we go there, the price they quote is never the same they charge. When you go to check out it's always allot more, and they always have some ridiculous reason. Today I called ahead asked the price of exactly the shape and what we were getting, at check out it was $11 more! When I asked why, they said because the nails are long. Ummm they aren't even that long, they were average length! And if that's the case why not ask the length on the phone, when providing the quote!! It's every single time we go there!! They didn't want to honor it so they eventually took $5 off, so I said ok no tip and that equals the initial quote with a tip, so ok. But I will never ever go back there!!! read more

Didn't honor old gift card, dip stuck to and under finger tips and my deluxe pedicure with callus remover barely even attempted to work my heels. I'm super disappointed for what I paid for. At least the polish parts are good. read more

Scheduled a mani/pedi ahead of time and ended up waiting 20+ minutes. I did not pick a person with my reservation so I ended up with Andy, a male college student. He was very slow and didn't seem confident. I ended up have the manager fix my pedi because it was sticky which shouldn't happen with shellac. Picked a complimentary color for my dip mani, but they didn't have enough dip so I had to select a different color which ended clashing with the pedi color. Not a smooth visit, but ended up satisfied, but don't think I'll be back. read more

I'm leery of salons after getting nail fungus from filthy equipment. I made it clear that I wanted clean tools and new disposable items. The very first thing the tech tried to use on my feet was a DISGUSTING filth-encrusted file. For what they charge, they can certainly afford a new one each time; they aren't expensive. I've had other salons try and charge extra for disposable items, just FYI. The salon itself seemed okay and the techs seemed friendly, although I had great difficulty understanding her. read more

Took my daughter and after school to get a Mani/shellac manicure, and we were in and out of the salon and 30 minutes tops. The nail tech was very friendly and did a great job. The salon was very clean and organized. I've been going to a different salon for more than 10 years and after taking my daughter and seeing the great job they did I will definitely be switching to this salon. read more

Took my daughter in for some Mom/Daughter time. Her acrylics came off after two weeks (she's 13, so not exactly a child that wouldn't take care of them) and the shellac on my toes started coming off, literally peeled off, within a week. Spent way too much money for poor quality. read more

Oh my. Went for my first visit after work...open light was on...two ladies were in there working with clients but the door was locked. The ladies working looked at us and them looked away. There are no hours posted so I have no idea what time they close...but at least acknowledge a potential client. I was told to pick a color and ended up waiting for 20 minutes. I finally gave up and just left without the manicure. I was so angry. I have gone to this salon off and on for several years. I am not a regular monthly customer because I don't keep my nails done all the time. Service has not always been great but neither was the service from a couple of new salons that I tried. However, the way they treated my 15 yo daughter was a deal breaker. The nail tech laughed at her! Making fun of her short nails. She's 15 and plays softball so short nails are a necessity. However, she's very self conscious about her hands and had grown her nails as much as she could so nail polish would look nice. The nail tech told her she needed tips or her nails would look bad. My daughter explained why she couldn't have long nails. The nail tech clipped the bit of nails off that my daughter had worked hard to grow and said "you need tips, your nails will look bad" and laughed at her. The tech then did a crappy job on her nails and basically blamed my daughter. I called the salon owner to complain and all I got was a "sorry". I have been treated rudely, and laughed at in this salon as well so I know she's not exaggerating. No way for anyone to be treated, especially when you're paying and tipping for a service. I will never go again!!! read more

I had my best nail experience today at Posts with Lexi. I really enjoyed visiting with her and she did a great job on my nails. The prices were better than I've paid in the past too. Someone else posted that their door was locked when they tried to come in. I thought so too, but I discovered that it's a REALLY tight door and I had to push/pull super hard to open it. Once I was inside and met Lexi, I will be going back every month. read more
