That said, I have a really big door and initial had difficulty with operation. Smoker was right there for me. So, when I built my barn, I had Smoker install a 10 foot door and 2 14ft doors. I waited to install my opener in the barn. So, when the time came, I didn't hesitate. I called Micah in sales who was super responsive and had me lined up with my 2nd liftmaster on my 10 footer. Operations sent Jacob to my house. Jacob is an excellent representative. He installed my opener. However, while there he was uncomfortable with my 14 footers operation. So, he corrected them.
