Long story short - I was conned by a Family member claiming to be part of the business/represented they owned the business, however it was NOT Richard or his Father - who when I finally found out and got a hold of the real owners - they fixed the situation and made everything right. These guys are good people, made good on a word that they didn't even provide and in my eyes are a great example of doing right by the customer. Make sure you are talking with Richard or his Father directly who own the business when contracting.

Taking the old gutters…read moreoff 5 Putting the continuous gutters on and asking where we want downspouts 5 Coming back to pick up all the nails and screws that they dropped removing the old gutters NOPE! Even after we called and asked them to bring out one of their large magnets brooms that all roofing and contractors have Nope, no show. I personally picked up 10 nails the day after installing the gutters The next day my husband picked up another dozen. We got the gutters put on the first week of March and today (4/1/26) my hubby pulled his truck into a different section of the drive and lo and behold he went out to get milk just now and has a flat tire. The screw is an exact match to the ones in our gutters! So they do a great job installing but they are lax on the clean up. Just be careful before giving final payment. Because that is too too many nails / screws to accidentally miss.

Part of the lawn is on a very steep hillside and given the length and thickness of the grass and the incline, there was no way I was going to fix the mess with a conventional mower. Blue Cord came with their equipment and within less than an hour, they had completely reclaimed our unruly yard and made it beautiful lawn space. Their machinery handled the hill extremely well, left no footprint and turned our lawn into beautiful living space. Brad, the owner, was polite, kind and cared about his work. He went out of his way to make sure that I was happy with the job. Blue Cord is owned by a decorated veteran. It was a pleasure hiring these folks. They are equipped to do a lot of different lawn and landscaping projects. You cannot go wrong hiring these folks. I give them a five star rating!

I called to ask for a estimate on how much it will cost to put the panel back in and the quoted $750, citing gas ( they are less than 5 inured from my house) they have to pay workers for a days worth of work ( it's literally an hour job). That's ridiculous!!! Don't call for repairs that's for sure. After spending 10k on the fence, it's $750 for one panel put in? Not even replaced.
