She also yelled at another employee in front of us and then yelled at us. We were simply trying to purchase a toy that had already been placed on hold. We were not being difficult or asking for anything unreasonable, yet she treated us like we were a burden for needing assistance. Helping customers is part of working in customer service. If assisting people makes Lynn this irritated, then she should not be working in a position where helping people is literally her job. Customers should not be made to feel guilty or uncomfortable for asking an employee to do what they are there to do. Presumably, they're now closing the pharmacy on weekends because they are "shortstaffed" but I would guess they're short staffed because nobody wants to work for the most selfish, greedy, self-serving human beings on the planet, unless they are desperate with no other choice. Avoid whenever possible.
