Another thing that almost got me into trouble was that two of the documents had state specific sections (i.e. California, Florida, etc.) that had to be filled out and signed correctly. Weird when you're giving someone $700 for less than an hour worth of work you'd think they treat you with some respect. And if she's referring to times I had to reschedule: If you have an issue with people not showing up or rescheduling their appts then maybe you should put a policy in place to prevent that or penalize people.
