Checking the wrong box on a legal document can potentially be a huge headache to rectify so I wanted to make sure I didn't screw it up. However, Mayra seemed to have dealt with these types of legal financial documents before and advised me what is being asked and how to answer the question. This was incredibly confidence inspiring. Another thing that almost got me into trouble was that two of the documents had state specific sections (i.e. California, Florida, etc.) that had to be filled out and signed correctly. It was tricky and easy to sign the wrong place if you're not careful in reading the fine print. This would have made the document invalid. Mayra helped me avoid all of these gotchas. I noticed she charged me $20 more each. I texted her later letting her know I wasn't happy and then she said I changed the time of the appt on the same day 2 times. She said I prevented her from seeing others. What are you talking about? I just came at the time you told me to I have no idea what she's talking about. I have the text between us and never did I reschedule anything. She just blames and doesn't take responsibility. I don't like dealing with people like that. No thanks. Weird when you're giving someone $700 for less than an hour worth of work you'd think they treat you with some respect. And if she's referring to times I had to reschedule: If you have an issue with people not showing up or rescheduling their appts then maybe you should put a policy in place to prevent that or penalize people. Otherwise, people are just going to reschedule when they need to and that's how life goes. Take care

We did and returned them, but the package still was never delivered (it actually was sent to a similar address blocks from us, but that is another story). Where this store failed - UPS won't resolve the issue and return the shipping fee unless we go through the store. But despite calling multiple times, no one ever returns the call. The manager is always "busy" or "out". So we have a package that was handled incorrectly, never delivered, and we are still out over $50 for the shipment.
