She took an active role in enhancing the children's education and making sure they got plenty of exercise. Virginia is certified in CPR and first aid so we knew that our children were safe with her. She has worked with groups as large as 10 children per day and groups as small as two children per day. In all instances the reviews of her performance with the children always came back very positive from the children and parents. Ms Virginia was very flexible with our consistent changing schedule and was willing to work with us. She has great communication skills. She had help us with potty training plus more! As our children started preschool we no longer found a need for Virginia's services. It was hard to leave Ms. Virginia, she had became part of our family.
