This company offers a class CPR/BLS THE CLASS IN TOTAL IS $110.61 $79.00 for the actual class & $29 dollars is for a book that they make you buy that we never even took the plastic off the book never used the book one time !!! when you're paying for the class online it specifically says do not checkout without paying for the book. I took the class two weeks ago and we did not even open the book one time we did not use the book at all for anything during the course. I asked the instructor for the class Why did they make us buy this book if we weren't going use it she did not have an answer for me so I am putting this review out don't buy the book you don't need the book just pay for the class!!! I feel like buying the book is a Moneygrab!!!! and that's really really unfortunate that they would do that. The class is expensive enough as it is. read more

LifeSaver CPR/Cascade Training Solutions.. I've had classes with you guys many times over the years. The Instructor's are always good but the classes seem blah. Today was different though. Holly was so knowledgeable and explained things in such detail. I am usually in class every two years because I have to be, I don't interact. Holly made class interesting and fun. Her personality is bubbly, she's funny I couldn't help but blurt out all the answers because she was so on it with her explanations and visuals. I mentioned to her after class that she was honestly the best instructor ever. Pretty much the whole class agreed. I've wanted to take ACLS and PALS but dreaded the blah of it all and doubted that I would even retain the smallest bit of information. I plan on signing up now, looking forward to learning from Holly. Cascade you outdid yourselves hiring this amazing Soldier Medic! Go Army! Thanks again Holly, you made my day! I think this is my 3rd or 4th class with Rhonda, 1st class virtual. I really enjoy these First Aid/CPR classes. Rhonda is very informative, knowledgeable, and engaging. She makes learning fun so you have a better chance of retaining the knowledge. I used to hate taking these classes for work because the instructors were boring, egotistic, and in my opinion, unqualified. I never really paid much attention to them and only did enough to pass the test at the end. So glad that my work found Rhonda. She really makes a huge difference. read more

LifeSaver CPR was a great program and I highly recommend it. The course i took was the BLS, (Basic Life Support), taught by an amazing instructor. You need this course if you're going into any medical profession, are a medical student, or if you're employer requires it. I think it would be a great course just to take to have that knowledge on hand in an emergency. The instructor gives you all materials on site providing instructions through email , they review protocol of basic rules of bls and procedures, work individually with mannequins ( because of the pandemic), and they provide a socially distanced class and health measurements to ensure everyones safety. The instructor went through the lesson clearly and helped everyone understand the objectives. My favorite part also haha was she reminded me of my favorite Friends character Monica. When I took my CPR class about 2 years ago, it was extremely long and boring. There wasn't enough equipment to go around, and my instructor wasn't very knowledgeable. Chris Peters, on the other hand, is amazing. He explains each topic very thoroughly, and demonstrates each one very well. He's engaging, entertaining, and knowledgeable. His assistants gave us pointers while we were practicing. We even had a break, and still got out in just 2.5 hours. Thank you for teaching CPR to our school after 6 years! I don't recall the name of the trainer, but he is a firefighter in Oakland for the last 20 years. This was the BEST CPR training I have ever attended. He was knowledgable, provided an abundance of real life examples and explanations, and gave us nuggets of information that were easily retainable. Highly recommend. read more

I recently moved to Tracy, Ca from Arizona and was due to renew my CPR CERTIFICATION. Matt was the instructor and the class was held at the Stockton Hilton. The site chosen for class was great and easy to find and get to. Matt was very very good as the instructor. I personally love when an active CPR user is the class instructor. He knew exactly what was expected from the class and made sure everyone was comfortable before the exam. The equipment was good, clean and enough for everyone as well. Took the BLS for HCP class today with Chuck Harmann at Stockton Hilton. He ran the class efficiently, answered all questions, and was not at all boring. He explained and demonstrated CPR for adults, children, and infants. We then had the chance to work in partners to test our ability to perform CPR while he walked around the class to assure we were doing CPR properly. The test is a breeze as long as you're paying attention. I definitely recommend taking this course for any health care professional needing and/or renewing their CPR certification. Chuck also included interesting and informative stories from when he worked in the field which helped keep the class going. Will definitely look into using LifeSaver CPR for ACLS and other certs/renewals I will need! read more

The Stockton location CPR course takes place at the Hilton hotel. I wasn't expecting much at first but was impressed on how organized and clean everything was. You can tell the instructor was very knowledgeable. I've renewed my BLS several times and this is the first time I actually felt like I learned effectively. The hands on teaching with the American Heart Association video was efficient and I felt like the 5 minute break time was appropriate. It states that the course is 4 hours long; I took the 9am-1pm class, but we surprisingly were let out early at 11:30am. I didn't even realize it was that fast because I felt like I learned so much. Though this could be different for other instructors. Aside from the price (it's mid-tier price range I've heard of other places that are cheaper), I would not minding renewing my BLS here again. read more
