We'll decided to let that go and myself and my husband went in and ordered his SAR hat(as tgey are the only ones that can do them). We were specifically told 1 to 1 1/2 weeks. Well that passed and I called and left a message asking where our order was. I received a text back stating it was done. Drove down there and it wasn't even correct! They didn't even put my husband's name on it! So I have to drive all the way back(we live up country) to get it today. I called and asked for a discount due to the issues. He said what issues? So I told him it wasn't ready when promised and then you told me it was done when it wasn't and now I have to drive all the way back. He just went silent! I said "I'll take that as a no?" He goes ya no it was just delayed...then he says I think I told you we were backed up. I told him no sorry that was never told to us and it was more than just delayed that it wasn't even right when you said it was completed. He then said well you already paid right and I said yes to he just offered a discount on a future purchase. I told him we wouldn't ever come back after both orders being a mess and neither being done when told, Im sure glad we didnt need them by a certain time! Told him he had crappy customer service as well.
