In fact, they will return, package, and ship the items back. You will have to take your item to the customer service desk in the back right of the store. Amazon sends you an email when you process your return and you have the option to print the information or have the Kohl's employee scan a barcode from your phone. I hadn't been in Kohl's in a while and store was organized beautifully and the employees were friendly and helpful. So, Kohl's will definitely benefit from the extra foot traffic. When I told her I saw the same skirt online at a cheaper price she told me "it's different online" and in my experience, we would honor the online price if its cheaper! Overall very poor customer service from her! Sale associate 322487 is who checked me out! Your store either needs to nail down a dime out policy or price your garments correctly.
