Let me tell you from the receptionist Julie making sure she found an appointment that worked to my schedule to my new hairstyle was phenomenal. They really care about their customers and they also like to educate their customers with the products that they're using so that their customers are not buying so many products out of pocket, And wasting their money. They make sure that they invest in things that will keep their hair nice and will not strip the hair of the color and the health of the hair. I just love these two girls, their conversations that they were able to hold the whole time from the beginning till the end to the silence to asking me if I need any water or if I need any snacks. The salon goes over and beyond. It's very well-kept and clean. Personally I was scared to go to any salons after my bad encounter here in Lake Charles.
