    A very happy customer!
    Marie G.

I was in need of Mac makeup and went online, which I would never do. I called this Mac store on 302 w 125th St. I spoke with Ashante very professional and patient answered all my concerns, adding my experience goi g to the store was a delight, Ms Ashante"s makeup knowledge was more then I had experienced at any other Mac store. I was very pleased and I am not easy to convince it was her makeup knowledge, patience and demeanor

This is a good location to stop in if you know exactly what you want to purchase from MAC Cosmetics. I stopped in today; the staff was fair and I was able to check out quickly. I wouldn't say that I walked in and was greeted (and with so many people on the floor that's a good tip; greet your guest the same way locations in midtown and throughout the nation do.) Outside of that I would recommend this location but come in knowing exactly what you need a head of time. I probably would have picked up a few more items if I felt the energy was inviting. However the staff took care of my purchase needs so I have no complaints. Beautiful Makeup artist of color at this location (diverse & inclusive); and that deserves to be highlighted as well!

I took a drive here today (about 1hr) since the 2 Mac locations near me closed, I had to stock up my kit and wanted to make the trip worth it so I made a big purchase. I made a list for the girl and she got everything for me, while being there I also saw somebody getting their makeup done and it looked impeccable!! Also liked the security attention and how they opened the door for you as you exit the store. I had a great experience and will definitely be back. Thank you to the sweet lady who helped me today

I went to MAC to exchange a foundation. Previously, a MAC makeup artist recommended the incorrect color. No biggie , because I have 30 days to return or exchange a product. First of all, the security person followed protocol. He, made sure he didn't allow too many people in the store because of safety. When I entered the store , I was greeted by a friendly, pretty, smiley person name Lyric. She was the only person working that afternoon. Perhaps the other makeup artist were on a break. Lyric was helping a customer. She told me she will be right with me. She didn't complain and say she was alone , nor did she ignore me. She acknowledged me and let me browse. When another customer came into the store. She was hospitable as well. She kept her composure when more customers where allowed in to the store. After she finished with the client. She thank me for my patience. She didn't rush me and she was thorough in answering my questions. I finally have the correct foundation match. I'm very pleased with the service Lyric provided ; and I'm happy with my foundation match. Thank you Lyric. Keep up the excellent service.

I walked into a space that covers a lot of ground, from snacks and drinks to beauty products, home goods, and collectibles, and the density of what is on display makes it easy to spend more time browsing than I planned. The snack selection is the strongest draw and covers an impressive range. I saw Asian versions of familiar American snacks sitting alongside Japanese and Korean originals, and the drink section downstairs is broad enough that finding something I have not tried before is a near certainty. The variety of drinks, many with anime or character branding, reflects a buying approach that goes beyond the standard convenience store selection. The beauty and skincare section upstairs is well stocked with Korean and Japanese brands that are not widely available at American drugstores. I browsed through everything from face wash to sheet masks and specialty treatments, and the prices are competitive for imported products of this type. Blind boxes occupy their own significant section, and the selection across different series is one of the better in the city, with reasonable pricing relative to what the same items cost at specialty toy stores. Home goods, toys, collectibles, and kawaii accessories fill the remaining floor space. For a one stop shop for Korean and Japanese lifestyle goods, snacks, and beauty products in Koreatown, TESO Life delivers a broad and browsable experience that rewards repeat visits.

Right after they charged me, the order was canceled with the excuse that I had requested the cancellation, which is absolutely false. I never canceled anything. Since then, my money has been in dispute because: The company does not respond to emails. They only send automated messages saying someone will get in touch with me, but no one ever does. Meanwhile, MELIO claims that they already sent the money to the seller and is now asking me to either pay again or provide my card number so they can try to charge me again. Absolutely not! This is robbery. I should not have to lose my money like this. And who is going to compensate me for the damage? This situation is unacceptable. I have already reported this case to: My credit card company The Better Business Bureau The appropriate authorities here in California These two companies are working together to scam people. They are shameless thieves. Be careful!

I walked into a store that is essentially one large room, and the density of product on display meant navigating it during a busy period required some patience, but the selection within that compact space was broader than the size suggested. The Korean literature section covers both Korean language and English language editions across a range of genres, which makes it genuinely useful for anyone studying the language or looking for titles that are difficult to find at general bookstores in the city. I saw children's books in Korean, well stocked. The K pop side of the store covers albums, photocards, posters, keychains, stickers, and merchandise across a wide range of artists, with BTS having a particularly strong presence historically alongside newer groups. Pricing runs higher than what I would pay ordering online or finding the same items at a larger retailer, which is the standard trade off for a specialty shop in Manhattan. Album prices in particular can be steep, though sale events bring them down to more competitive territory. Individual accessory items like stickers and bookmarks are priced at a premium relative to their size, so going in with a sense of what I am willing to spend helps avoid sticker shock at the register. The store is a reliable stop for anyone looking for Korean books or K pop merchandise in a physical retail setting in New York, with the caveat that the pricing and the crowd level are both factors worth knowing about before I go.
