However the person actually touching my hair was not that great. This assistant burned my forehead during bleaching session, tugged and was so rough with my hair. Did not apply the dye properly leaving patchy work. I washed my hair twice with proper care: using cold water, purple depositing shampoo, blue depositing conditioner.
