This time, my fiancé found Pro Muscle Lifting Club on Instagram and reached out, and from the very start, the owners (or account manager) were incredibly communicative and welcoming. The gym is in Buffalo, about a 15-20 minute drive from Lewiston, but it's absolutely worth it. The equipment is some of the best we've ever seen--seriously impressive--and they even have dumbbells that go up to 150 lbs. they also have cardio machines. We were there during Thanksgiving week and wanted to workout on Thanksgiving Day. To our surprise, they responded to our Instagram message promptly to let us know they'd be open! Meeting them in person only made us more impressed. We liked it so much we upgraded our day passes to a weekly pass, even though we were only going to be there three days. The gym itself is spacious, well-organized, clean, and free of clutter. They have a few machines and attachments we'd never seen before, which made for exciting and challenging workouts that left us both sore in the best way. There was no crowding at all--maybe 20-25 people when we were there--which made for a comfortable and focused workout environment. For bodybuilders, this gym is a dream--there's even a posing room! On top of that, the owners suggested a really tasty and healthy lunch option that we truly enjoyed. This gym has officially become our New York "gym home," and we can't wait to visit again. Warning to women and minorities at this location: yesterday, 2/22/2026, I visited this location…read moreshortly after 3pm. Upon entering, I witnessed a member of the club (I recognized him), a man about 5'10 in red shorts and a "Trump 2024" hat, harassing a Hispanic woman and her teenage daughter as she loaded groceries into her car. Men walked past this before me and into Crunch, notifying management. After the altercation ended with me, 5'2 29 y/o woman, getting in his face and telling him to "leave her alone" and that she "wasn't doing anything to him," I also reported this to management (it appears they were aware as it was happening and chose to do nothing) I was informed they were speaking with manager, Bella, whose resolution was "there's nothing we can do about it" and this man allowed to stay and workout at this location. This is not his first time harassing another human being, as I was told he followed another member home previously, enraged at him for hitting his vape in the gym. As I was going to leave, the man was sitting in his car in the parking lot for well over 30 minutes. I was scared to walk to my car, not wanting him to follow me. This man is unhinged and dangerous. Management was aware and chose to do nothing. Let this be a warning to any woman or other minority who frequents (or works at) this location, as you are likely working out with someone who wishes you harm and appears to be comfortable acting on that wish. And Crunch is okay with that. The sign on the wall, "We have the right to refuse service to anyone," is proof that doing nothing was a choice by this management team. Safety is not a priority here. "Silence in the face of oppression is complicity with the oppressor." I am very disappointed and will not be coming back. Stay safe and practice good morals, speak up even if your voice shakes

Crunch fitness reopened today (08/24) with socially distanced gym equipments. In the cardio area,…read moreevery other machines are in use and every other machines are taking a rest day. There are 2 different lanes, one is for checking out/exit (to keep the capacity count) and one is for checking in, which your temperature will be taken. I'm so glad that they have sanitizing areas throughout the gym where members wipe down the equipment before and after use. There's also a staff with cleaning equipment who constantly clean, ensuring that other surfaces are wiped down. Thank you for keeping everyone safe. Don't forget to wear your mask!!
