Steve solved it in and his rates are super competitive for his skill set. Recently, my wife's business hard drive stopped working which had a ton of important data. However, we have been trying to reach Bob for over a month and no response, not to phone calls, texts, or emails. Apparently he installed in our house long range internet devices (3 of them) and used a controller he brought with him to connect them. Now our Internet IP has changed and they no longer can connect leaving us with no internet in areas of the house. When we called an external company to help us, we had to pay several of hundreds of dollars to get one of them to work by replacing it with a new one. We have 2 more to go. They can't be accessed because he has control over them. To buy new ones will cost us $259 per piece. This situation is very frustrating and costly where he could probably help us to fix this. We offered him money in one of the emails that we send him to help us fix this. Still nothing. DO NOT USE THEM!!! This is an unkind act!

Terrible service. I had liquid damage to my laptop and even though I had done everything I could on…read moremy end to dry it out (turned it over, kept it turned off, brought it to the shop as soon as possible), they had no idea how to deal with it but neglected to inform me of that. They kept it at the store for two days without working on it or trying to dry it out or clean it, by which time the logic board had corrosion damage. They also tried to turn it on without first cleaning it, which I am sure made the damage worse- laptops shut off automatically when they sense a spill and turning them back on is the worst thing you can do without cleaning and drying them first. They then charged me a $35 fee to tell me that the laptop "wouldn't start". Well, obviously not. Stay away.

As importantly, they spoke in plain language and were very patient with likely silly questions I had -- again, not a common experience with mainstream tech services. We weren't ultimately able to resolve the problem (I had incompatible devices), but I was blown away by LCR's service and conscientiousness. They checked in with me regularly to see how things were going and what they could do to help. I would definitely turn to them in the future and recommend that others do the same.
