I never knew I had to cancel o guess that why I paid for the year. That was not know nor he never told me this. Months prior to August I emailed him told him my daughter was Moving into another apartment and asked for a quote, it was higher then the one she could get from her apartment so I emailed him back and told him that and I wasn't going to use him, again he never told me I had to cancel or never asked me if I needed the prior one cancelled, last week I was charged $159 for another year of insurance with out knowing I needed money in an account I don't keep money in and got charged for over draft. He told me he was going to put a request to get the charge off I also asked if he'd pay for the charge he said no that it was my fault I also told him I was going to write a rating about him he told me I should rate myself , I have been frustrated from something I didn't know of a charge and treated very rude too. I would never recommend using Marc Moore for any insurance quote terrible customer service and not wise with how to deal with people and making sure people understand policies. I would actually give him no stars if I could But it makes you give at least one

In our experience, we had never suffered a complete loss on a vehicle so naturally, we sought guidance from our agent, Derek Simmons and office manager, Stephen Scarbrough. Not only were they hands off but also treated us with great disdain during the process. Mr. Scarbrough hung up on me twice when I requested needed documents and phone calls were not returned by Mr. Simmons. As when asked why his office seemed so put off in guiding us through the unexpected, Mr. Scarbrough replied, "We're the sales office, we handle sales. That's our focus.". Then he hung up. At least he was honest. As soon as a claim was in play, the agent/client relationship died as did their customer service skills.
