This also means that you can rely on expert, attentive service at all times. Of late, I have gone to Mark to go over my policies, to see if I am missing coverage, to see if I can save money, and to go over things like 'Open Enrollment.' Usually when I see those emails, I avoid them in my in box until it's too late... and then I pretend like I never saw them. Mark has a (free) service where he'll sit down with you, explain everything and teach you how to investigate what you (might) need. He really takes the time to take extra steps. His whole staff does. Other insurance carriers may offer cheaper rates but the assurance that I have good neighbors watching out for me will keep me with State Farm -- specifically Mark and his team.
