She did makeup for several people and even provided free makeup for the girlies 5 and under. She was so incredible with all of the kids. Megan is friendly, funny, and very kind. She will put you at ease on your special day. The makeup she did on my face looked beautiful. I felt so confident and stunning. Unfortunately, I have oily skin. I have to be very selective about the products I use because I don't want smile lines or shine coming through. I had to blot a couple times before the wedding and a few more times after. This is not to say that Megan didn't do a good job. This just means that the products she used didn't get my oily skin through the night. For an additional charge it would be great to be able to get a little touch up kit. I know the Bride could have used one. I would also love to see some products for oily skin. Thank you Megan! :)

I was early and waited in the hair salon part for 10 minutes, wondering why no one was coming to get me for the appt. Many places have hair and brows and facials in one building, so I had no idea. I had no idea there were two parts to the building at all, as this is usually in the follow up info after you book an appt at any professional place. It could really help clients to know exactly how to find the place if it's confusing from the outside. When I finally found her, she said people get confused all the time and end up over there-so she easily could have come and got me or put this on her booking info but instead it made me late. Also, I think K. Nicole should put on her website that if you have previous work done on your brows that you may not be a good candidate. I wish she would've asked me to send a picture so I didn't waste my time going to a consult in person. I am not leaving this review because I'm upset with her turning services away at all because I had previous work done on my brows, (because I would never want someone working on my brows that didn't want to or made me feel unwelcome and I value boundaries) but more so just feedback on the whole experience so that others can decide for themselves. She made a weird comment like "if no one else really wants to work on your brows then let me know" as if that wouldn't be extremely awkward, making clients feel like burdens for such as expensive service? The spa is supposed to make the cancer patient feel like a complete diva, and make it a very personal experience, and I did not experience any of that at the salon, as a matter of fact, it was quite the opposite! Almost every other salon I have seen cancer patients go to all throughout the United States, have made this experience wonderful for other cancer patients, and have even gifted them a bouquet of roses. I did not get greeted personally and nobody had any idea why I was even there! Not the massage therapist (who was extremely kind and wonderful by the way, and the massage was decent), not the aesthetician for the facial or even the nail tech (who is completely unexperienced, and it was probably my worst pedicure ever)! The facial aesthetician actually tried to upsell me, until she found out all of my services were prepaid for, and then she literally stopped talking and took me back to her room and started her facial process, which was extremely odd, especially considering the fact that she constantly kept checking her phone and then touching my face, very unsanitary, and she was extremely loud opening and closing cabinets, and it was very non-relaxing! Kesha should not be allowed to even touch her phone while she's giving a facial! I am very bummed. I decided to pick this salon over other ones I was considering. I feel extremely ripped off, and do not feel like I was taking care of properly or even acknowledged for the reason I was there, or the experience! I do not, and will never recommend this salon for anyone! They clearly do not care about their clients or organization sending clients their way for special days!

I'm new to the area and have been searching for a place to become a regular customer, and I'm so glad I found this one! Even though it was a busy Sunday, the young man at the front was incredibly kind and accommodating and was able to get me in last minute. From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming and professional. Bee did an amazing job! She had great attention to detail, took her time, and never made me feel rushed despite how busy the salon was. The conversation was wonderful, and the entire experience was relaxing and enjoyable. The salon was also very clean and had a great atmosphere. I left feeling so much better than when I arrived and absolutely love my nails. Bee has definitely gained a regular customer, and I'll be returning for future appointments. Highly recommend!
