DO NOT USE THIS PLACE - bc they charge people outrageously to finance the multiple properties they are trying to support. A component in my suspension hit catastrophic failure and left my bmw stuck right at the exit 265 or 365. Right as You come into Ozona. I googled towing. And called. A Mr.Mark (I believe) said he couldn't take any customers but referred me to Mr.Gene. I called and this gentleman was headed to a doctor visit from having a surgery!! Didn't make it, tire was bulging and I couldn't risk damaging the rim. So we were forced to call USAA for roadside assistance. We were told it was a 2hr wait in 99deg heat but John Co actually got there in 1.5hrs, which was great, considering he was coming from Ozona, TX (2hrs away from our loc). I would like to THANK Bill and Frank for making us feel comfortable and entertained during the 4 1/2 hour drive!! They seriously could star in a sitcom named, "Two Texans and a tow truck!" Also, grateful for the follow up from Bill to explain where they delivered the car and keys as it was after hours at the auto shop and we needed to retrieve items from it the next day after we rented a car.
