I had a 26 foot U-Haul truck break down on my about 25 miles east of Sonora Tx (east bound on I10). TRETO'S TIRE & TOWING. was the towing company that U-Haul used to take care of me. The first tow truck that they sent out was to small, so they had to call for a bigger tow truck. The first driver was not about to leave me on the side of the road. He took me and my 2 travel bags back to Sonora Tx. Stopped in front a restaurant and waited for me to get my food then took me to my hotel. He made sure I got checked in and even took my bags to my room for me. He also made sure I was going to be on the first floor. I am handicapped and can't climb stairs. After that TRETO'S TIRE & TOWING and U-Haul both made sure I knew the status of the truck and when it would be towed to the hotel. It with my contents was parked in the hotels lot under lights nice and safe. The next day TRETO'S TIRE & TOWING towed my replacement U-Haul to the hotel. That insured it had a just as much gas as the first U-Haul. I am truly grateful for how well they took care of me. Ken read more

Driving by in our motorhome, had a blown out tire. Roadside sent them out and they replaced it. We continued on our road trip. However a few hours further down the road the new tired exploded causing our rv to almost flip. Called them back and he stated there's nothing they can do unless I take them the tire back (I'm stuck on the side of the road with my kids 3 hours a away with no way to get anywhere safe, and of course unable to drive and go back with the tire that's shredded and blown all over the road). He was rude, not even an apology or attempt to help and provide any guidance or either advice. He said there's no warranty or their service or tire unless I go back 3 hours away and take them back their new tire they just put on that exploded within a few hours. Very poor service. When a service is registered online and the customer service for the main line is "Hello" no indication if I called the correct number. Immediate red flag. Was extremely forthcoming that the company is happy to overcharge so they may let vehicles sit in the lot (1-3 months) so they may file for titles when people are unable to pay for withdrawal, per his words with a cowboy hat in the red Dodge Dually truck on the way to the lot next to the sheriffs office. It's a red fenced gate. Very discerning when email is refused for service and a paper trail. He asks for a text for insurance information. When basic math of the owner is not understood, when the "owner" has to ask the front receptionist if an insurance document is valid and only accepts documents via text. Tetoo or Teto asked out loud what is 2x22, and the woman next to him was embarrassed he didn't know the immediate answer. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE - bc they charge people outrageously to finance the multiple properties they are trying to support. He yelled at a customer calling in for a tire change at $95 and hung up on them. read more

Passing through in my class A Rv. Needed a valve stem extension and air. They were rude and unhelpful. Then quoted me $150 more for a spare than I just paid for the same tire. Went to Mike's down the street. They were awesome. Skip Treto's read more

no respect , tried to get a wash of my company truck which the company I work for has an account there which I was paying for the wash but oil changes and tires the company handles. Well big man rigo denied the service. which is fine but with that attitude I'll take my service to mikes and the tires and oil changes. so my money may not be much maybe even the companlies money may not mean nothing to him but that's why I'll never go there again. read more

5 hrs into our 2000 mile trip we started loosing air pressure in a tire. Called Tretos Tire. They said come right in. Had a huge nail in tire! They had our tire fixed and we were back on the road in the blink of an eye. Seriously not even15 min later ! They were great, cost was very reasonable. I got a flat on my U-Haul trailer. They put on a whole new wheel and tire in no time. It was late at night and they saved me.

I had a tire that was losing air while travelling east on I10 on our 28 ft travel trailer. Local gas station recommended Tetris which was less than a mile away. We pulled up during lunch time 12-1 and waited until 1 for new tire. We moved into stall and new tire was mounted within 15 minutes and we were back on the road again. It was a busy shop but they took us quickly and got us back on the road Highly recommend them for service read more

I was driving cross country in an RV. Was encountering air loss on inside tires on both sides of duel back tires. In short, stopped into Treto's who thankfully were open at 7:00 AM. They put me right into a large truck bay and two technicians immediately began working on testing the tires and diagnosing the problem (which was related to Tire Minder cap sensors having been placed on the valve extenders). Cannot recommend their services enough. They were friendly, professional, knowledgeably and all at a more than fair price. read more

Blew a tire on my trailer driving across West Texas. Called Uhaul and they sent Treto's out. It took less than 10 minutes for them to get to me, helped me back to the shop, and had a tire mounted and balanced waiting for me. It was on momentarily and I was able to make Austin that night. But, I buried the lead. This all happened at 10 PM and I was treated with the care you'd get first thing on a Friday morning. They were friendly, helpful, and incredibly welcoming and professional. Quick, thorough, friendly, and very helpful. Called for assistance they were there in less then ten minutes. It's took them less then 30 minutes for them to remove two wheels and tires, drive back to their shop where they mounted two new tires and put them on.
