I recently got my MacBook Air repaired by them. They came out the same day to pick up the laptop and since they did not have the part, they had to order the part on ebay. The part came in yesterday and they were able to put the part for the headphone jack and fix it. I was able to get it back today as I was working late last night and I was not available for them to drop off the laptop. All in all, good experience and I was hesitant with their pick up service at first but now I don't have to worry about it. I'm sure something will go wrong with my laptop in the future and I know where to go to now. And yeah, total cost with part was just $95 way more cheaper than I expected. read more

I need my computer fixed asap! I took my macbook to this other to fix my Screen. When I got my computer back my they did not put my macbook together properly. Upset and pretty mad these people didn't want to take care of it. SO I looked up on yelp people who really knew how to fix macbooks and I found Ritchie!!!!
