However, I contacted 1-818-307-6868 / moble PC medics and they told me they could do it for a lot less. They were very reliable and very honest and detailed. I didn't feel like I was going to get ripped off like I did with the other company Mitec. Thank you so soooo much mobile PC medics!!!! Luckily, I got in contact with 'I Love Technology' and he took the time to figure out what the issue was. After trying everything he could, he informed me that my hard drive was unrepairable but still took the time to walk me through, step by step, what hard drive I should purchase to fit my needs. He saved my important files on his own personal external hard drive (after taking the time to ask me) and installed the new hard drive with a few extra programs that I needed thrown in.
