Maccarone Family Landscaping has been maintaining my property since 2016, I believe I was one of their very first customer's. My husband had passed away that Winter, the yard was always his domain, I only went out there to enjoy the sun and sip something cool. As my anxiety and worries piled up I began searching for landscaping companies. I had a total of 10 companies schedule quotes, however only 4 of the companies actually arrived to perform for the quote, only 2 provided me with a quote, and Maccarone Family Landscaping was the most detailed quote, and the best prices for services. I hired them then and have not had a single regret. Since creating this relationship my yard has never looked so healthy, and well cared for I know my husband is looking down on me and is just as satisfied with our property as I am. Justin, one of the owner's makes sure to stop in to say hello, and check that I am happy with their work and do not require anything more whenever he and the crew are working on my yard. This one extra step he makes sure to take has created a world of difference, he makes sure his customer's are completely satisfied this is not a common practice among landscaper's. My daughter's previous landscape company was a nightmare, just hearing about her issues with the other company helped me to truly appreciate this company. My daughter switched to this company 3 years ago she, like myself utilizes their weekly mowing services and bimonthly weeding maintenance. She is just as satisfied as I am with this company. Lacy is the other owner, they are both very hand's on with their company and work. She performs all the quotes for any job I require and handles the billing, she is always just a text or call away if I ever have questions regarding billing, schedule, or even how a projected job will be executed. She has took time from her busy schedule to simply catch up with me. I understand they are very busy, but somehow they're still able to make me and my daughter feel as if we are extremely valued customers. The level of care and dedication these two have displayed over the last 4 years has been exceptional. I will admit I was very hesitant to hire this company in the beginning, Justin and Lacy seemed so young to me. I could not imagine two people at their age being as reliable and dedicated as they are, however to my happy surprise I judged them incorrectly. I am truly thankful I took a chance on this company, so long as I own my home they will be the company that cares for and maintains my yard. read more
