The service was friendly and I love that they offer knitting classes and do knitting circles! The yarn values range from single digits (like the 100% cotton skeins I purchased) to low 30s (like the skein my mother in law bought me) - I'd say it's a typical range for a yarn store! Again, no further word nor sign of the item. When I reached out I was offered a refund or the item. I requested the item. More weeks went by, so I reached out again. Days went by before I finally received a terse response that a refund would be issued. It was, over two months after my original order.

Kind of a tight squeeze on the way in off of Louise, but you can just park directly in front of the building. Easy peasy. Needed to get a 3x6 banner printed and it was a snap. Emailed over my vector art and they shot me a quote with a mock of the banner. The banner was done within a few days and I picked it up at the shop with no problems. Taylor even showed me around the shop and their entire setup. Really cool dudes working in the shop. There's even a skatepark in the back! Talk about killer lunch breaks. They did an incredible job. Printed on nicely stitched vinyl with even more grommets than my previous banner had. Super pumped. The price was very reasonable, too. With the service, location, product and timeliness, this place is my go-to for screen printing in Crown Town.
