The owner, Shad Gutierrez, was knowledgeable and helpful in giving ideas of where to place the cameras. I had asked for other quotes from other companies and felt they didn't respond on time when I had questions on pricing and equipment unlike Texas State Alarm. They were truly a step above the competition. When the technicians came to install the alarm system and the cameras, they were both different staff workers. All four of them were professional, courteous and knowledgable. They didn't waste anytime or were vulgar at all. I highly recommend this company and you will not be disappointed at all.
