I had asked for other quotes from other companies and felt they didn't respond on time when I had questions on pricing and equipment unlike Texas State Alarm. They were truly a step above the competition. When the technicians came to install the alarm system and the cameras, they were both different staff workers. All four of them were professional, courteous and knowledgable. They didn't waste anytime or were vulgar at all. I highly recommend this company and you will not be disappointed at all.

This means you have to mail them a written request to cancel and track it to get out from under their thumb. Submit early documentation that you DO NOT intend to renew because otherwise they will take advantage of clauses in their contract to trap you against your will. Their contract explicitly states they take no liability for any faults of their equipment or its failure, including should their equipment be at fault for your harm.

When I responded confused, Pablo got confrontational, and rude. Making me feel very very uncomfortable, I just paid the fee to get away from the situation, Pablo THEN gave me his PERSONAL, cell phone #, and told me to call him for a deal on a second key. I immediately called and asked for a manger, was told to email, called today and spoke with mem, explained the situation and I at first thought we were off to a good start, told her I felt jerked around, and uncomfortable. She seemed to understand. Told me to give her 2 hours. I call back 3 hours later to be told she's eating lunch, give her 10 Minutes to call me back, 30 minutes later I call back and she says oh well we can do $30, but if you want more than that you'll have to wait till Monday cause our owner is gone, and we're not gonna do this twice. THEN advises instead of being able to refund to my card, they need to send me a check. I tried to give this company a chance before reporting, but after today's encounter I would love to avoid anyone else having this experience.
