It was a little confusing trying to find the entrance off Congress, but they do have signs directing to their entrance. Once arrived, several people directed me to where everything goes to get weighed. They need your drivers license to process your items, but then after everything is weighed, you receive a receipt. Then you put the receipt into an ATM type machine and your cash money spits out. It was an easy transaction and I wouldn't hesitate to do it again.

Good Day, We just…read morecalled this company to buy HMS1. The person that answered the phone was extremely rude and would not speak to us. He hung up the phone for absolutely no reason. We are a USA based physical commodities trading company and buy approximately 20,000MT per month of this product for export from USA, UK and Poland for export to South East Asia. We would never recommend this company to any. They are very ignorant and rude, there is no reason to be this way with anyone.
