I tried calling in inquire about a rifle part an old guy hung up on me when I said I live in Hawaii (hard to get parts here). He heard my Aussie accent and said "no that's not legal" and hung up.. without hearing what I was asking (which btw was 100% legal) But the joke is that this old fool never hung up (he thought he did)...and I heard hi say "some dumbass just called with an Australian accent and I hang up on him, the guy even emailed me and I deleted it without responding" GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE MORON! This place is a joke, you've got an entitled cripple who thinks he is the end all be all of firearms because they were the only shop in town for awhile. A young man maybe 22 years old was looking for his first AR15 and you can hear Brent (got his name from an employee) bad mouthing the kid and making fun of him because he was asking questions and didnt know what to do. Thank the lord there are THREE new gunshops in town and these guys can eat a bag of big ones. The staff just regurgitates google searches and act like they know a thing or two about the military and whats in use there even though they havent stepped foot in a MEPS office. Theyre a bunch of dorks who think theyre better than everyone, theyre very short in their replies and VERY OVER PRICED its not often you see Murdochs beat out a local gunshop on prices. I rarely run into someone who has something good to say about them, that cripple is so close to the grave you'd think he'd have a better attitude but I guess id be salty too if i couldnt get my pecker to work. Anyways shop elsewhere dont do business with them. Extreme Tactical is a great option and they wont over charge or talk bad about their customers. I recently purchased a new Magnum Research BFR revolver from MMM, and took a buddy who visits every summer from Arizona with me . This is the second year he has bought a rifle from them, and they had a price a lot lower than anyplace else he could find. I buy all my reloading components from MMM as well. I was getting ready to spend hundreds maybe thousands on reloading supplies and ammo but after speaking to the guy In the wheel chair and the younger guy they were extremely disrespectful when asked to handle the proof research rifles. This is one of the few Gun shops you can't pass up. They always seem to have the hard to find items. A huge selection of awesome guns, suppressors, ammo and powders. Best prices in the Flathead valley. To the person who reviewed about asking for a discount, I bet you ask for discounts on your tampons at Walmart too. My husband and I have purchased 3 handguns from MGM and we saw the same guns at least $30 more at Murdoch's and Sportsman's. Brent and Patrick are so helpful and knowledgeable and we've left happy with every purchase. MGM is a reliable, private and efficient place to make your hardware purchases. Have bought a few time from these guys and always been happy with the service. Was bummed they would not do a ffl transfer for me. They explained the gun has to be bought from them cause they don't want to deal with issues with a gun they didn't sell. I get it and normally would be buying from them but this was for a custom Smith and Wesson that was not available from stores. But overall I will continue to do business with them as they have been great. read more

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Not sure if it was the owner or an employee. But either way they shouldn't be in business. There was an older man in front of me who was trying to buy a rifle for hunting season. He had picked the firearm he wanted and started asking about payment plan options, as he had recently lost his job. The employee/owner basically told him to kick rocks and leave the store. Such a pompous asshole. The level of self centeredness was outrageous, I'm not saying do a payment plan but you can nicely say why you can't. Not kick a customer out of the store. When it was my turn to go up, I won't get into specifics but the guy was not easy to deal with. I can tell you one thing, they don't have my business now and never will in the future. Went in to see about setting up a build. I "was" a repeat customer. Store owner kicked me out when I asked if he could work with pricing if I bought multiple of a product. Wasn't trying to negotiate a deal just asking about pricing. Completely disrespectful and rude. Go somewhere else if you want good service. They don't appreciate local repeat customers or have the ability to have a civil conversation before they kick out/ threaten to trespass a customer.
