Just called for a prescription refill and they said you are no longer a patient because we are not seeing her patients! WTF?? So lame. I cannot attest to their worth as doctors but this seems vengeful and sour grapes. Seems there's a better way to resolve your business disputes than taking it out on patients.

I was very pleased by his ability to listen and understand my mom, who suffers from mental illness. I only had to interject a couple of times! He seemed genuinely interested in understanding and healing her many health issues. He was also extremely knowledgeable about prescription medicine, even some of her psychotropic medications! Upon leaving both my mom and I felt utterly relieved to have found such a great doctor. HIGHLY recommended for internal medicine.

I wanted a doctor who was located near my home and whose practice wasn't excessively large. I discovered Dr. Lee on the list provided by my insurance company. After checking her online info I called to schedule my appointment. On Friday I arrived a few minutes with the anticipation that I'd have to complete new patient paperwork. Dr. Lee is located off Wesley Chapel on Snapfinger. Outside the office is rather unassuming and there was plenty of parking within a few steps of her door. I was greeted by the receptionist/front office person.. Linda. Then I spent a few minutes completing my paperwork. Afterwards my vitals were taken in an examination room and Dr. Lee came in for my appointment. Our visit was great! Really personable and professional. I felt comfortable in sharing my concerns and Dr. Lee offered a few treatment options. Although I don't see a primary physician often, I'm please with my selection.

She listened to me re my medical issues, she was thoughtful, professional, caring, and an excellent doctor/surgeon. At the time, she was at Atlanta Surgery Associates in Stockbridge, and the surgery itself was at one of the Piedmont Hospitals. The surgery went well. Hopefully I will stay healthy and never need another surgery, but if I do I will definitely call Dr. McCarter.

Although it was some time ago that I had the misfortune to visit the medical practice of Dr…read more Gorokhov, I have realized that I really need to warn people--especially other women--about this physician. I noticed something odd when I first arrived at his practice. It had been listed on the Blue Cross website as being the office for him and his wife Tatyana, also a doctor. But her name had obviously been recently removed from the exterior sign and all the interior signage. I didn't think much about that at the time, but on reflection, it may have been a warning of what was to come. Maybe it wasn't the staff's fault that the tiny waiting room was filled with screaming children hitting each other with no parental supervision in sight. The office staff seemed to feel that the waiting room was not under their control and whatever happened there was none of their business. Wait at your own risk! When I was seen by Dr. Gorokhov, I was struck by his melancholic attitude. This worsened as I tried to explain my medical situation to him. Still, I was amazed when, before I had finished, he shouted, "You're lying, aren't you?" I explained that I was not but he continued to assert throughout the interview that I was lying and that his guesses at my medical situation were more accurate than my own decades of experience with it. In retrospect, I should have left then. His abrasive attitude continued as he asked me if I knew what an allergy to gluten was (although I have never had any symptoms of gluten allergy, he claimed that was what was really the matter with everyone). I said, "Yes, it's an allergy to wheat." "No!" he bellowed. "How can you be so ignorant? Don't you know you can look it up on the internet?" So how was I so wrong? It was, he informed me, an allergy to wheat *and* bulgar. I suppose I should have been more specific! So the office visit was a waste of time and money. He put me through several expensive tests even though I told him that they had been done within the past few months by my previous doctor in South Georgia and that all he had to do was request the results from her. (But then he couldn't have made any money from them, could he?) However, my biggest shock was when I received the results (yes, he sent them by mail) of the blood test. When he decided to do the blood test rather than get the results from the one my previous doctor in Statesboro had done only a couple of months before, he asked if I had eaten recently. I told him I had just eaten lunch. "Well," he said, "That won't matter." Was I surprised when I got the results! He sent the normal results for a fasting blood sugar test--for which the patient is not to have eaten or drunk anything but water for ten hours previously--and compared them to my results right after lunch so he could claim I had a new "serious medical condition" for which, of course, I would need to have extensive expensive treatment by him with a side order of abuse. My only medical training is working as a medical transcriptionist for some years, but even I know that you need to be fasting for the results of a fasting blood sugar test to be valid! Could he really not know this? After I found a much better doctor, I realized that his accusatory and malicious attitude, at least, might have been caused by a recent acrimonious separation or divorce from his wife Tatyana. He seemed determined to take it out on all middle-aged women. Perhaps he would be more polite to a man, but really, do you need a doctor who doesn't know the difference between fasting blood sugar and feasting blood sugar? Save your health, save your self-respect, and avoid this one at all (his very high) costs!

Dr. Fidelia Osinubi really cares about her patients and she will definitely get your health back on track. Being straight forward, with a great bedside manner is what most patients want, When you have that and get courtesy and professionalism make the entire experience great. I am so thankful for Dr. Gates. I awoke 2 years ago with no previous trauma to my back, but could…read morenot stand up straight. The pain was excruciating, resulting in me having to go to the emergency room because the pain was so bad that it was adversely impacting my blood pressure. Due to multiple trips to the emergency room I was admitted. The attending physician in her discharge notes referred me as normal to an orthopedic specialist, but she also mentioned that there was a neurosurgeon in the Piedmont Physician's Group that she would like for me to obtain a consult. Of course the Ortho doctor initially ordered PT which did not help me and after 2 months of that, I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Gates, for the first time, a doctor actually listened to me. He ordered a nerve study and other test and more x-rays and when I returned for our consultation, he took time, we reviewed the results and he provided a diagnosis and plan of action. Diagnosis, sciatica and my L4 & L5 disc had slipped and was pinching my nerves. At this time I am on a walker. I had gone in less than 6 months from high impact aerobics to living, breathing and with every movement of my body being in horrible pain & only able to be slightly mobile on a walker with no relief regardless as to the strength of the pain medication. So very thankful for the ER's referral to Dr. Gates! He was caring, listened to my concerns and fears and provided me with a comprehensive plan of action that included a foraminotomy procedure that restored my quality of life and removed constant, tingling in my (R) leg and hip and living without constant pain and discomfort. Thank you Dr. Gates for your professional, caring approach to patient care. In my months of care with this physician, he only presented himself as a physician that was 100% dedicated to improving my health! 2 years later and I am still happy and pain free! Dr. Grossman is thorough, spends time answering questions, sharing information, referrals as needed, meeting all-of-my-needs. My previous MD never did a Medicare wellness check/exam; had to get it done at GYN, along with other issues including staff's lack of warmth. I was not very comfortable there. Now Dr. Grossman & her staff take care of everything!! Responds in a timely manner and her staff has been very gracious, friendly, warm, everything (even when I am overwhelmed, overloaded & stressed) and understanding of my aging issues :-). I could not be more pleased.
