They assured me this would go away. I went back to have the bite adjusted, which they failed to do properly the first time. Then I called them back days later with continued pain and they told me BOTH teeth now need root canals!! I went and got a second opinion and the new dentist confirmed BOTH teeth were done incorrectly and will now need root canals (phone receptionist at Marietta Dental even said the pre-xrays did not appear to need root canals before) Now they're refusing to refund the cost despite proof of wrong doing.

I had a deep cleaning done as well as a crown, and both were great experiences. The dental staff who work on you are extremely nice and gentle. Dr. Akbar is the best. She explains everything thoroughly and is very gentle when performing her diagnosis and the actual process of having your dental work done. I had to be numbed in my mouth and when she gave me my shots, I didnt even feel them. Normally I feel a large pinch, but I didnt feel anything. I would say I have definitely found my dental home. You should definitely schedule a consultation and see for yourself. It will be the last dental office you will want to visit. Oh, and they are listed on Zocdoc, so that makes it easy to schedule appointments.

Also, when I called to get my X-rays sent to another dentist for a second option they wanted me to call and talk to them and put me on hold for 20 min after I signed the release. It's a weird practice. They wanted to know if I was doing this to close my account. I wasn't initially but they treated me so poorly I am now. I have never been so embarrassed! He is just a really good, kind and knowledgable dentist. Since I moved away, I have on several occasions considered returning to his office to get him to do some of my dental work. And since the office is on the other coast from where I live . . . . that's how good he is. I miss him desperately! My dentist here is ok, but I do not feel like the dental service compares to what I received in Roswell. His office is bright and cheerful. His staff is professional and friendly.
