Be prepared for him to keep you on the phone till you're dying to get off and are even considering hanging up on him just to get rid of him. He demanded that I trust him and reveal some rather personal stuff but all I wanted was to talk about the very basics. He gave me no reason to trust him at all and he didn't seem to understand that you have to earn trust. He has no understanding of the impact of traumatic events. Mostly, I was laughing inside because his attitude was the most negative I've ever seen in a life coach. He projected his negativity onto me, sadly. The tendency to project is rampant in the "help" profession. I kept warning myself during the conversation every time I saw a red flag that told me to get off the phone ASAP. The best thing he said was that I didn't have to take what others say seriously. I agree! At that point, I stopped taking him seriously and just tuned out. It worked! It got him off the phone, thank goodness. Anyone feeling vulnerable due to being at a life crossroads is going to get seriously damaged by this guy. Stay away.

After extensive research, I finally came to "Carrie Jones, Life Coach and Massage Therapist." Don't let the simple name fool you. Often times it is the most precious gems that take a while to find. And trust me, this isn't just a gem. This is a rare find anywhere. Carrie was able to schedule my mother and I the same day of calling. I got a full-body massage, while my mother got a deep-tissue full-body massage. This is, by far, the best massage I've had in my life. My mother, a woman who suffers from a lot of constant chronic pain, says the exact same. Any pain/numbness that my mother had experienced was relieved for the first time in many years. Any back or neck pains I had upon arriving melted away during my session. After both of our massages, we were on cloud 9. Not just physically, but spiritually and emotionally as well.
