(Oh, but if I made my check out to "Cash" then I didn't have to pay the tax.) When I complained they called the office and I was promised a call back within 1 minute. I waited over 5 and finally just added the tax to my check and told them to leave. If you use Clearity make sure they tell you the price up front. The tax, no tax and offer for me to make my check out to "cash" was not professional. The fact that the window price went up as well (and I was not informed) was very bad on their part as well. I will not use them again.

They kept giving management a date to come and replace the screen but never showed up. They finally dropped off the screen without having staff notify me. So more delays because now they have to "come back" to put the screen back into my window. Meanwhile, the weather is nice and I can't open my window for fear of mosquito bites.
