Once we were here for a couple of months we decided to have another room painted (the lack of fresh paint in this space was a far cry from the other rooms). At the start, we received a few different quotes and John's was comparable and cheaper than others. They were also able start and finish sooner than the other companies. We worked with Jeremy who was informative, prompt, and an overall nice guy. There were a few different crews that worked in the house. They were all very professional, courteous, and did a nice job prepping and cleaning up. There were a few minor things that needed to be addressed after the fact. Jeremy arranged for his crew to come back to fix them very quickly. We're very happy with the work that John's painting did and highly recommend them to anyone considering companies. Paulo and the team communicated clearly throughout the entire process, followed up consistently, and kept me informed on timing. Their pricing was very competitive, and the quality of work exceeded expectations. They did thorough prep work, including power washing the entire house along with scraping and sanding where needed. They also applied primer where appropriate and finished with two coats of Benjamin Moore paint, which really shows in the final result. They even took care of replacing damaged shingles, which was a huge plus. The crew was punctual, very pleasant, and paid great attention to detail. Any questions or concerns were addressed immediately, and they made sure everything was done right. The house looks amazing. Overall, a smooth and professional experience--I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality exterior painting. Addendum: After the job was completed, I noticed an area that was missed (hard to catch even by me since everything was white). I reached out, and they immediately sent the team back the very next day to take care of it.
