He is that sort of workman who has a purpose in life and builds home, family, and professionalism in service and customer relations around that purpose. He did a thorough job of looking after the 21 year old "military" specs Generac and was able, in laymen's language, to explain just what was going on, and what not to be concerned over. Any caveat? Well.... yessssss. like many other services, Chandler Motors expects to find the homeowner at home whenever it arrives. Aaaargh! NB to servicemen of all callings: Please call ahead, good people, to make a date if you want to make sure portcullises are raised, the drawbridge lowered, the dog called off, doors opened, coffee hot, and the host dressed. Mr Chandler had to move on to a Cavendish client leaving refreshing conversation unrelated to mechanics for another day, a day which I expect will be a long time coming given the great job he did with the "genny".

I went in with a slow leak. They told me I needed a new tire because of the proximity to the…read moresidewall. It was 3 1/2 inches away. I was then quoted a price for a new tire that was $130 above list price. The long term employees that we all know became uncomfortable and left the room. I instructed them to put the tire back on which they did reluctantly. I then went to another national franchised tire shop near by who said they was no issue with the proximity to the sidewall. I was in and out in 20 minutes and paid $45. I'm guessing that because I showed up with a new European vehicle they figured I was easy meat. Not the same Coast Tire for reasons you can guess. The island has been changed, sadly.
