I was looking for an on-island garage for my BMW wagon and found Wendell Taylor's Garage. I needed regular maintenance, new brakes and some diagnostics looked at etc. I am 100% happy with them and will be using them for all my automotive needs going forward. History

Established in 1982.

Wendell Taylor's Garage was built in the 1950's by the original owner, Gerald Power. In 1982, the shop was purchased by Wendell Taylor who operated the garage until 2010 when it was purchased by the late David Mutch and his wife Jeni. In early 2018, the shop was purchased by longtime employee Jeff Ford, who is still managing the business and is building upon the solid reputation that the previous owners began building over 60 years ago.
