The last time we used him, i had tried to do some "do it yourself" door lock repair, on a door whose lock never, ever worked well. Wes went way beyond fixing my messed up attempt and actually got the lock working better than when we first took possession of the house. He was at the house for over an hour and did not quit until the lock functioned perfectly, in a quite imperfect installation, and charged us for just the repair itself! That sort of customer service is rarely heard of, much less offered these days, and for that reason alone, i would give them 5 stars. Today was no exception. I was expecting an appointment for later in the week, but he was able to make it today, late in the afternoon, exactly at the time we requested by e-mail. My e-mail request was answered promptly and courteously. Wes changed re-keyed our house in less than 45 minutes (5 locks) and his charge was amazingly reasonable. He took the time to make friends with our pesky little SCHNOODLE and got her calmed down enough that we could allow her to roam freely, instead of having to lock her up in the office. All in all, an excellent experience and a service i would recommend to anyone. Seahorse Safe and Lockout service, you will always be the first locksmith i call.

The technician failed to complete the programming but still charged us $80. To make things worse... When we tried to leave, the ignition would no longer turn. Prior to this visit, there were zero ignition or starting issues. The key would not rotate and the steering wheel was locked. The car arrived drivable. It left on a tow truck. The technician did not understand what had happened and offered no solution. After he failed, there was no clear explanation, no recovery plan, and no meaningful assistance. We were left standing there with a disabled vehicle. Because the wheels would not turn, the tow truck had to drag the vehicle out of the parking space. The company offered no assistance for the tow, we arranged rides, and lost two full days while the car sat at a mechanic. We were out several hours and several hundred dollars due to this failed visit. The owner, Jeremiah, changed his responses multiple times and ultimately did nothing to assist, or take responsibility for the inconvenience. No towing coverage. Nothing. If you value your time, your vehicle, and basic accountability, take this into consideration before scheduling service here.
