The technician failed to complete the programming but still charged us $80. To make things worse... When we tried to leave, the ignition would no longer turn. Prior to this visit, there were zero ignition or starting issues. The key would not rotate and the steering wheel was locked. The car arrived drivable. It left on a tow truck. The technician did not understand what had happened and offered no solution. After he failed, there was no clear explanation, no recovery plan, and no meaningful assistance. We were left standing there with a disabled vehicle. Because the wheels would not turn, the tow truck had to drag the vehicle out of the parking space. The company offered no assistance for the tow, we arranged rides, and lost two full days while the car sat at a mechanic. We were out several hours and several hundred dollars due to this failed visit. The owner, Jeremiah, changed his responses multiple times and ultimately did nothing to assist, or take responsibility for the inconvenience. No towing coverage. Nothing. If you value your time, your vehicle, and basic accountability, take this into consideration before scheduling service here. I did a search on Yelp and submitted a project request for quotes from a few locksmith businesses, crossing my fingers that I could get my door unlocked without me being home so I didn't have to wait outside in the cold for someone to come by.
