Thereafter, she video joined me in my apartment in the Bay Area for 1:1 training. She was great at adapting to not only my current state of fitness but also in the equipment I did/didn't have on hand and my space. I also suffered an injury at a certain point during our training, and she was so great in finding ways I could still push myself while giving body parts time to heal. If you're someone who wants to be challenged, Kristin is for you. I have worked out regularly previously, but I felt sore in so many new ways with Kristin. She really got me to challenge myself in l ways different than I had previously experienced. She introduced me to muscle groups I thought I knew but didn't.
