The unit would not switch from propane to gas. It was a wiring issue. I left it with him without the gas tank on the unit. He did not deal with the wiring issue but instead, put a used gas tank on the unit. He then bypassed the propane system, removed the fuel filter and proceeded to use my generator to run his shop. He would not return texts and his mailbox was full. My unit had 4 hours on it when I left it with him. He wired his shop and ran the unit for an extended amount of time. He only works out of his shop part time. I finally had to go by and pick up my generator. The oil in the unit is black and smells. He still does not respond to texts and will not answer his phone. HE DID ADMIT TO USING MY GENERATOR TO RUN HIS SHOP WHEN I TEXTED HIM PICTURES AND TRIED TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO GET MY GENERATOR. Not sure how to deal with him on the damage to my generator. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN.
