I often grab a fish plate during lunch and it is amazing. They also have really good mashed potato's and Mac and cheese. However, some of the attitudes (that seem to be pretty common amongst West Monroe) are less to be desired. I'm not perfect at customer service myself, but was upset when the pharmacy threw my prescription in front of me after I had asked for the correct one. They had also snapped that I need to "give them a second" and seemed pretty annoyed with me overall.

Inside the store is unorganized, unstocked empty shelves on a daily, the shelves have clothing stuffed in them, trash and items throughout the store and nobody cleans this store up and maintains it the way a store should be. Never are there enough checkout clerks for the amount of shoppers that come through, self-checkout is now limited items. I no longer go to this store, I drive to Shreveport to avoid it at all costs. Shameful beings we are limited to places to shop and this store cannot do any better than this.
