Had an accident & my SUV was totaled! I went to hospital ER to be cleared medically. AZ DPS Trooper informed me that MAC's towing was next in rotation. Called for a simple tow from one location to another 3-4miles away. They had another company come out then dude damaged my vehicle with a rookie move unloading it lushed into a parking block not paying attention. Then was told some one would come out and look next day. The person never showed called and said we aren't covering the damage. Mac's Towing is one of the Best in the area. I've seen them towing semi trucks and old RV's, hot rods and monster trucks. They have towed my mercedes a few times and prefer their knowledge of using tow hooks or how german cars transport differently than others. Trust them 100%. read more

They released my vehicle to my estranged wife whose name was no where on the title or registration. And either they stole my property or they allowed her to by not following appropriate protocol. Worst experience ever. Also, the owner got on the phone and couldnt accept responsibility so he told me that I should only have my lawyer talk to them.
