This is my first-time doing taxes with anyone. I usually do it on my own but due to my own circumstances, I thought it would be very difficult to do it on my own this year. Setting up an appointment was very easy: they gave me the option to do it in-person or through virtual (which just meant a phone-call). They let me change my appointment to another time that was more convenient for me. I ended up being paired with Victoria who was extremely kind to me. When I read the reviews, a lot of people were raving about how they help each other out which actually ended up happening with my unique situation which was properly and legally handled. I called a little before my appointment and Ivan gave me a quick run-down on how I can approach my situation which was later conveyed to Victoria. There is a great team dynamic in this company and while I usually never write reviews, the service from Victoria (and the entire team) was so amazing I had to write one. It was great that I had a refund, but it was more important that Victoria taught me the steps and meaning of each line and what I should expect. She made it very easy for me to understand and she inputted my information (I had a lot of papers) VERY quickly. Even after our appointment, she called me to share any changes and kept me within the loop. Payment was easy as well and their contract is quick and simple. I went to Mac Tax Solutions this week and was so impressed by the quality of work they do. I went back a second time because I had questions about my Social Security and Pension together. Victoria used the correct form for Seniors. My other tax man did not use that. Which I think saved me more money. Ivan is really so knowledgeable and explained my taxes in detail. Marco told me to use 1098 form for timeshare taxes. This is the office you should go to, they are really the best accountants who have done my taxes in over 40 years or more. The value is great too.
