The staff was so patient though and spent a ton of time with me making sure that I was able to try on a million different shoes, make sure it was the right size, style etc. They have a really great selection too and are very knowledgeable as I also have over-pronation. I usually buy everything online but with shoes I really wanted that personal service to make sure that they fit and that I liked them. This way I can save myself from spending a million dollars online and then have to return all these shoes, and then probably forget to return half of them. You know how that goes... I'm so glad that this store is local and I was able to go in. They were also extremely accommodating one time when I had to make a return, as they stand by their products and service and ensured that I was able to switch into something else that I was comfortable with. As to the review which mentioned people coming in not speaking English and "buying all the 'good stuff" shame on you. They are BUYING the merchandise! When I stepped on to pointe, she explained why the each shoes might feel different because the vamp, box, shank and the length and width of the shoe. I also tried on different toe padding options. I ended up getting the pillows for pointe toe pads that have one layer of fabric, one layer of gel and one layer of fabric. I also got BLOCH Heritage pointe shoes and they are so pretty and comfy. Stefanie let me choose my ribbons and elastics to know how each one would feel different. Thank you so much Stefanie for everything and making my first pointe shoe fitting one to remember!!
