Macys has always been a great place to shop. Over the years, I've made so many good purchases from designer handbags and shoes to the makeup counter for perfumes and cosmetics. Lots of people prefer to shop online, but you can't get the same service online as you can in a store. After buying an expensive fragrance, it's nice to see the clerk wrap it carefully, so you can get it home without breaking it. The one and only time I ordered a fragrance online, it was half empty due to a leak, by the time it was delivered. Macy is always a fun place to shop and even more so during the Holidays. They offer some amazing deals and their gift sets of fragrance and makeup are an annual treat. They have friendly sales staff and it's easy to spend time there, looking for something special to keep or give as a gift. The store is in a good location and parking is super easy. Wishing Macys the best in the New Year, the discounted shopping stores can't compare with Macys quality and value. read more

OK so I'm not going to even try to buffer this one or lie about it... That mall over the years has really gone downhill ! But as far as Macy's they still hold to standards . I went and bought the most beautiful pair of navy blue and white Ralph Lauren pumps! I can't even begin to tell you how love I am with these shoes but that's a suppress story .., The sales staff were extremely helpful , the selection is quite large, and there's really nothing to speak about on the value because it is what it is. The Naples store is a mess! It is incredibly difficult to shop there. The quality and cleanliness leave a lot to be desired.

There new moto should be " we don't care!!" No service, no help. The Coastland Mall store sucks!!When you go to try to return some (all tags on original box) you are treated like an enemy). It took me 45 minutes and a call to customer service to return a purse (less than 200$, still in the box. All tags on) I ordered on line that came to me in the wrong color. I wish I knew her name as I would have filed a report of senior citizen abuse. Customer service on the phone was great and asked me what Their problem was!!‍. The (lack of) customer service in the store finally took it back. Without a thank you or smile. These people are nasty!! Shop anywhere else but here!! read more

Well they are following the Covid rules. And when you try on you turn over a sign that says the dressing room has been used etc. They had several items on the clearance area that my son liked so that was good. I feel like they were lacking in the women's section. There are social distance signs throughout the store and on the floors. However, not every employee was wearing a mask- so this bothered me. I'm glad to see people shopping as I know it is not so easy right now to be in public. read more

I had a wonderful experience at Macy's Naples location today. I was trying on dresses for my daughter's wedding in September in Cleveland, Ohio. The salesperson, Tina, was excellent. She was very helpful and she kept checking on me to see if I needed extra help. Tina also gave me great feedback. I felt like she went above and beyond what she needed to do as a salesclerk. Tina also helped me reopen my Macy's account since I have not used the credit card in awhile. I went to the office to fill out a compliment card about Tina, and the ladies in the office were very kind and sweet, as well. However, I did not get their names. Guess growing up with the Original Macy's NYC dampens my future experiences. Wish they still had a real bargain basement when there were no dressing rooms and women would just change right there next to the bin of clothes. No mirrors either! lol You always brought a friend for advice and to help fight for the piece of clothing. Typical department store, I rarely come here. When I do it is usually to buy a dress. (Remember when there were dress shops?OK, enough dating myself. ) Or I just browse the sale racks when I don't have hubby attached. At least the cosmetic girls on the lower level don't hound me like they use to, maybe they see my face and give up. read more

You know how people are not shopping at stores, well maybe here are some of the reasons. why is one of your dressing rooms not being able to be used by shoppers? it is blocked with chairs, and inside is full of abandoned clothes and display items. leaving one dressing room on the first floor. why does your staff look like they dragged themselves out of bed and came to work. three girls by a register chatting it up, dressed in ripped jeans, and wearing hoodies, they are your cashiers? what sort of message is that sending. then I had to interrupt their convo to get any service. are there even managers around? Just a word to all 1-star reviewers... If you hadn't noticed, in the past 2 yrs it has been incredibly difficult to hire skilled workers for ANY business, much less a dept store. People have to either lower their expectations or stop voting for politicians who pay people NOT to work. We have to be grateful these stores are still open, albeit not what they used to be. One day they'll all be gone (malls are becoming extinct) and we'll all be relegated to mail order shopping where there's no one to wait on us and shipping costs to boot! I have been a very loyal Platinum Level shopper of Macy's for years. However I have had my last trip there to night. They have this policy, they call it security precautions, I call it sales prevention hovering on costumer abuse! I went to the Macy's in Naples, to purchase $550.00 in Macy's gift cards, over the last ten years I figured that I have spent at least $16,000.00 on gift cards for all the various holidays and birthdays, which I wanted to put on my Macy's credit card. Every time I attempt to do this and only when I use my Macy's credit card, the sales associate has to call their credit office...which tonight took close to 25 minutes to verify it was me. In the past it has taken an hour around the holidays to do this. After waiting an hour a couple of years ago I went to see the store manager the next day, she had just left however her lovely secretary said she could help to find out why this happens and the purpose behind it!! 2 hours and after speaking to 28 different people, I left the store with no answers. We felt like it was a joke, one Macy's person on the phone said he was cooking when I inquired what was the loud banging in the back ground. I have used cash and other credit cards to buy Macy's gift cards at Macy's and did not have to go thru this, and other stores when I use that stores credit cards to buy gift cards I am hassle free. I have never purchased any thing on Amazon because I want to do business with stores near and dear to me, now I am kissing Macy's good bye! And we can see why the rest of the world is saying good by as well! read more

I moved to Naples, FL 2 years ago from Boynton Beach, FL and while I find the community of Naples beautiful and the Streets well kept, the Macy's store in the Coastland Mall is terrible. It is dirty, the ladies bathrooms are filthy, it is almost impossible to find a salesperson and the stock in the store is a mess. SHAME ON YOU MACY'S! I remember when shopping at Macy's on 34th store was a pleasure but in Naples it's a disaster! read more

My review is specifically for the Naples Macy's Jewelry department. I am a platinum card holder and have a good annual budget for jewelry. Each single time I go to the jewelry department, I am literally left traumatized by the rudeness and unprofessionalism of the sales people. They don't even pretend to act courteous, professional or somewhat civil, forget about friendly or proactive to try to help (I.e. do their job and show jewelry). They just talk and ignore you, if you ask for help, I had this really heavy set woman today (I believe her name is Krista or Kristen or maybe Nicole), literally throw her keys and says 'here goes my lunch'. I came into the store intending on buying a beautiful topaz/diamond ring and a gold chain... After standing for ~ 10 minutes being ignored and after asking for help, getting a good doze of open hate from the sales people, I immediately walked out and bought similar jewelry elsewhere. I have been 6 times to the Macy's jewelry and it's absolutely the same service each time, no exception. Including the Romanian manager. I truly can't believe that a store of such caliber is so negligent, uncaring and lacks basic customer service training (and vetting who they are hiring). I will never buy any jewelry in that Macy's (and probably in any of them.) read more

This Macy's is two levels, and boy do they pack a lot into these two levels! Overall typical Macy's departments. The dress section upstairs is actually quite large and has a decent selection of dresses, including petites. Only 3 doors in the dressing room, very small! Carries all of the typical brands. Also upstairs is the housewares and home goods. Downstairs in mens and accessories. Macy's is located at the end of the mall, much easier to find parking and enter directly into the store. read more

First time ever in this Macy's store in 12 years living in FL . Needless to say my last. Customer service appears to be a thing of the past. At 7:30 PM this evening I went to Macy's to buy a bunch of Christopher Radko ornaments. The older Haitian sales clerk, with glasses was horrible. Since no employees were in the Christmas ornament department on second floor I had to go to the checkout desk and ask for help. I told the sales clerk that I want to buy a bunch of Christopher Radko ornaments and, she didn't have a clue what I was talking about.So she walked me back to the Christmas ornament area, stops, and immediately says we better look them up. Then a Customer Stops her and says " you overcharged for this ornament I just bought." So the sales clerk said ok, I'll take care of it and walks her back to the register. The store was not busy, now I understand why. So now I follow along like a puppy behind a customer and their sales clerk. Nothing is mentioned to me , while the two of them talk at the checkout counter. I was totally ignored and left standing there. So if you ignore a customer long enough, the customer WILL disappear. Thus I walked out of the store, spent zero, and will never return. read more

Had a bad experience with a older blond women in the jewelry department. She was very rude when I tried to return a watch that was purchased from Macy's. The watch has stopped working and just wanted to swap out. I did not have my receipt but tags were still on the watch. She instructed me to return to Casio and Macy's could do nothing. I said I would go upstairs toCustomer Service and she said "I am Customer Service" how rude. This put a bad taste in my mouth for shopping at Macy's. read more

The floors are gross and not well kept. Neither are the fitting rooms. The clothes are consistently on the wrong size hangers. Brand new men's dress shirts were very wrinkled. Very hard to get service. I went and had someone reserve a shirt for me there. The associate told the store they would hold the shirt and that it would be 13 dollars. I go the next day, and they have no idea what I'm talking about. The only similar shirt costs 18 dollars. I don't usually give one star to places. This place deserves it and then some. read more

I went to Macys today with my husband to get an exchange for two necklaces I purchased during the holiday season. I was shocked the way two sales people treated us. We were next in the line . But she totally ignored us and served a woman who came wearing jewelry from head to toe. Her excuse was they didn't see us. when I asked for help. One said I am on break and the other went to help someone else who just walked in to the counter. The customer service at this store is extremely rude and arrogant. Over Christmas between my husband and I spent over 2k at macys. If this is the customer service you offer we can take our business some where else. As a Macy's card holder and frequent shopper I would tell you that this Macy's is near the top of the list of all the Macy's stores I have ever been into. I'm not sure what it is, the location is not the fanciest, but the store is absolutely gorgeous. The staff seems very friendly and we have enjoyed numerous shopping trips to this Macy's. Sure the Macy's in New York at Times Square is more impressive, but this Macy's would be the one I would want close by for frequent shopping. On the last purchase I needed help with some men's pants, and the woman was very eager and happy to help me. The selection was great, clean, and well organized. If there is any knock on Macy's I would have to say it is because of the multiple and endless promotions that seem to run overlapping and confusing to each other. As we stood there with a handful of various coupons and discount promotions, the cashier was all too eager to suggest the correct one and to help us maximize our ultimate discount on the days purchases. Was in the fine jewelry department (I've spent thousands of dollars here). I asked the manager where I could get a ring gift box for an engagement, I already had the ring. He said, "try JC Penny". Would it really have cost them anything to give me a gift box for such a special occasion, I would have paid for it. I will NEVER shop at Macy's again.
