HORRIBLE! ATROCIOUS! THE WORST! I called the company 3 weeks…read moreprior to our planned move and they had a surveyor come out and physically look at our house. She gave us an estimate of 4 hours to move and pack and then goes to the office and sends me a quote for 6.5 hours. Upon calling she changed it back to 4 hours since we literally didn't have enough stuff. I called her in between twice to update her and make sure everything was good. The owner (John Willis) calls me on July 3rd (our move was scheduled for July 5th) and starts saying that he wouldn't send the movers if I didn't agree to the 6.5 hours proposal. I kept telling him that there wasn't anything to break apart like bed frames etc and we had packed the kitchen and clothes ourselves but he kept backing out unless I agreed to the 6.5 hours proposal which eventually I had to since I couldn't find anybody, it being 4th of July long weekend. The guys show up on time and they move our stuff in only 1.5 hours. They broke 2 of my lamps in the process. They gave me a ticket for a minimum of 2 hours move time and drive off. I called their office and tell them about the lamps and they said they would look at those on July 8th and I said that we'd pay up on July 8th as well. They were supposed to meet me today but the owner (John Willis) texts me this morning and starts getting mad about me not paying the ticket. When I told him about the lamps, he gets all mad and starts threatening me like let's meet up and settle this man to man. I asked him to come meet me at the police station and settle the invoice. He finally agrees to discount the price of only one lamp and not the other lamp which is now discontinued at rooms to go. I will have to buy both new matching lamps out of my own pocket. The mover guys worked good but the owner is a bully and literally threatens you for his own mistakes. We were going through so much stress as it is and he made it an absolute nightmare with his screaming and threats. I want to WARN everybody to please stay away from them. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS AND AWFUL EXPERIENCE. DO NOT USE THEM AT ALL.
