They are Renewal by Anderson windows installed by Western Products. They have leaked worse than the old widows they replaced since they were installed. Western Products service is a joke. It had been a struggle to get them to respond sometimes it takes me calling repeatedly. The couple times I've gotten someone out to look at them they only have put a dollar worth of foam pieces in to try to in my opinion bandage the leaks. Did nothing to help with problem. Be very cautious of this company and products. There sales team really make it sound good and make you think the will work diligently to resolve any problems. The owner talked about shop issues and blamed an ex employee for delays instead of taking charge. I was promised a completion date and when it came time found out they had not measured buildings and ordered materials. They painted a roof vent and tried to bill for replacement. Roofing contractor cut roof vent and said it was my problem and I had to get a plumber. After shed roof was replace asked the project manager if he checked there work. He said "I checked their work". So I asked if he saw 25% of the Roofing screws that they missed. He replied " I did not go inside." My wife watched him drive in the yard that day pull in, not close to the shed. Briefly sat there and left. Did not get out to look. If you value your time, money, and quality of work this is not a contractor for you.
