I was only in town for a week and was able to contact them via the web site to make sure I could come in and buy a week membership. Quick note: they do not accept cash. I went at odd times since I was in town for meetings, and the place was often nearly deserted. There was staff around, but sometimes you had to look as they're busy doing things, not just sitting there waiting for you to show up. I did get greeted and shown around the different rooms. It is a strange layout, but once you find where everything is, it's completely fine. There are two main rooms for weights and machines, and you might have to go back and forth if you want to do things in a certain order, but a few extra steps isn't going to kill you, right? Solid gym, and if I worked in downtown Boise, good chance I'd get a membership here.

He was a trainer and seem to have a ton of toxic things to say to his clinic regarding my frustration with his arrogance and lack of respect. My pet peeve in gym culture, always welcome the guest, never make them feel like they're putting you out. I travel and I'm literally at new gym everyday and always try to show respect for each policy in place. This guy was everything I hate about "bro man" fitness. Bragging to his clinic, bad energy all around. I debated on confronting him on his attitude but the other gentlemen Shane(which may have been new) stepped in with patience and showed me the lay of the land. Took a few moments to help me get a good much needed workout. Struggling rehabbing a herniated side in neck and the gym was crucial to get blood flowing. Had it been up to tattoo cliche motivational quote on chest guy I wouldn't of been able to finish the check in. So thanks again Shane for making up for the rudeness of that trainer. I've trained also, I have been in gym culture for decades, that guys got a lot of humility coming his way if he wants to grow in that space. Anyways- never usually leave bad reviews but that guy needs to be called out. Great gym and location. Trainer guy....make eye contact with people trying to pay money to occupy your space for an hour. Bathrooms are always gross and there is never any toilet paper or hand soap, gym is often dusty and…read moredirty, there are rarely any clean rags available to wipe off equipment (ew), a large majority of the equipment is falling apart, and half of their machines have "out of service" signs. They just don't do a great job maintaining their space. The community here is nice (which is important!) but doesn't make up for the absolutely horrible customer service I received here. No one is ever at the front desk. Tried to cancel my membership for months - visited their location and left notes at the front desk, called multiple times, left voicemails, texted, and even messaged them on Instagram. So, if you're looking for a dirty gym to be a part of for the rest of your life this is it! Given the expensive membership price, horrible customer service, and unhygienic facilities, I would look elsewhere for your gym needs.

I've been to multiple gyms in my life, and this by far the worst one. It's not even comparable. Like you'll see in multiple different reviews about the gym, it's filthy! mold growing in multiple different areas so much that the gym has a weird smell to it! That alone would make someone not want to come back! Then the equipment looks good by site but when you actually start utilizing it you realize half their cable machine need grease and feel a weird grinding/ unwanted tension. (Most Importantly!!!) I thought it was just my personal experience, so i normally wouldn't chime in or give my 2 cents on the problem. If you care to look at the negative reviews they tend to all have the same issues! They tend to avoid you when you say you're cancelling your gym membership, you can't do it on their website (that alone is insane and bad customer service as a whole)and you can't do it in person because they are rarely staffed at normal staffing hours! Given this, i've called somewhere close to 20 times in the passed 5 months i've been trying to cancel my membership! i've FINALLY got a hold of them today, canceled my my membership. I genuinely feel like i've gotten my money stolen from this gym( they're has been reviews stating the exact same thing that the feel they have been getting robbed by this gym, that should tell you something) And all they care to do about the problem(s) is wish you the "best" Absolutely pitiful! smh!

Dropped in at Verdant to use a weightlifting platform the day after Thanksgiving. Basile and his…read morecoaches were very welcoming even though at 62yo master level I'm clearly at the top end of their demographic! They had great equipment, all the platforms were well maintained, atmosphere was very supportive. The other weightlifters did seem to have their own routine so it was awesome that they let me do my own thing alongside them. Highly recommend this gym if you are a competitive weightlifter. And there were plenty of folks attending the CrossFit class at the same time who looked like they enjoyed that class. Thanks for letting me drop in!
